Projet de Diplôme (DSAA design de produits)
Réalisations autour de la distribution des fruits et légumes : création de présentoirs pour mettre en valeur les fruits et légumes les plus abîmés, les présenter comme des œuvres d’art ou objets précieux pour les rendre attractifs et limiter le gaspillage alimentaire.
L’objectif est également de mettre à la disposition du consommateur le maximum d’informations afin qu’il fasse les bons choix et qu’il comprenne l’impact que peuvent avoir ses achats.
Proposition reprenant fidèlement certains codes du musée
Recherches de formes pour un présentoir inspiré du nid : suggérer la préciosité, la
fragilité, attiser la curiosité du consommateur,
mais aussi rappeler l'aspect de certains fruits et légumes par un jeu de textures.
Expérimentations avec des peaux de fruits et légumes (aubergine et clémentine). Après séchage, ces déchets pourraient être utilisés pour fabriquer des éléments comme des présentoirs ou des packagings.
Proposition en osier pour la présentation de fruits et légumes abimés. Travail sur la notion de difformité, d'excroissance, toujours dans une optique de revalorisation du "laid".

Working on the distribution of fruits and vegetables: designing different kinds of display that would allow, in a store, to present the most damaged or non-standard fruits and vegetables as precious objects or works of art. The aim is to make those products look attractive again, make people want to buy them and thus reduce food waste.
The goal is also to display as much information as possible about the products so that people can make the right choice and understand the impact that their
decisions have on the world.
Displaying the products as a museum would
Working on the shape of a display stand inspired by nests: suggesting preciousness and frailty, intriguing the consumer. The texture also reminds us of the aspect of some kind of fruits or vegetables.

Experimentations with fruits and vegetables peals (eggplant and clementine). Once they are dry, they could be used for creating displays or packagings.
A proposition using wicker. The aim is to put damaged
or non-standard products on display, that's why the displays themselves are showing off their own deformities and outgrowths.
